Annealing free MoS2 anchored TiO2 nanofibers (MoS2@TF) micro-electrodes are fabricated through a hydrothermal process for electrochemical supercapacitors (ESCs) applications. All the modified MoS2@TF micro-electrodes showed quasi-rectangular shaped cyclic voltammograms (CVs) in a wide potential range and the Cs for the optimal electrode was ca.159.6 and 116.21mF/cm2, obtained from the CV (scan rate, 5mV/s) and charge-discharge (CD, current density, 50µA/cm2) measurements, respectively. The higher Cs for the optimal MoS2@TF6M electrode can be ascribed to the synergistic effect of mixed AR phase, high of Mo-doping (ca.17.20%-come from XPS), and Ti3+ interstitials (ca.16.20 %), respectively. |
