제목 Toughening of polysulfone film modified epoxy resin CFRP composites with morphology spectrum
초록 Epoxy was modified by insertion of polysulfone(PSf) film and the fracture toughness(GIC) of carbon fiber reinforced composite(CFRP) was evaluated. The epoxy resin was cured with the diaminodiphenylsulfone(DDS). The fracture toughness was tested with the double cantilever beam(DCB) and tested by the instron. GIC of polysulfone film modified epoxy resin CFRP composite was increased with increase of the amounts of added PSf and GIC of 20 wt% PSf added sample was 2.7 times higher than the unmodified epoxy resin CFRP composite. In the morphology of PSf film modified epoxy resin composite, the co-continuous and nodular morphology spectrum was found out and such morphology spectrum can be contrubuted to increase of composite toughness.
