Photocatalytic Effect of TiO2 Nanoparticles on Room Temperature Sinterable Silver Nanoparticle Ink with Poly(N-Vinyl Pyrrolidone) Ligand |
초록 |
Highly conductive silver (Ag) film on poly(ethtyene phthalate) (PET) substrate was prepared by using room temperature sinterable silver nanoparticle (AgNP) ink with TiO2 nanoparticles as photodecomposition catalyst. AgNP-40T ink with TiO2 nanoparticles (1 wt.-%) successfully produced Ag film with conductivity up to 5.2 % of bulk silver after ultraviolet (UV) irradiation for 1 hr. The photodecomposition of PVP ligands by TiO2 in the presence of UV irradiation might contribute to facile room temperature sintering of AgNP-40T ink. |
