제목 Preparation and mechanical properties of composite coating materials using waterborne polyurethane(PU)  
초록 Interest in coating binder materials which has performance for flame retardant materials and limited combustible material, is rising along with the flame retarding demand for electronic devices and industrial materials. Manufacturing technology of flame retardant coating composite materials was studied using structurally thermosetting, flame retardant and modified polyurethane-urea with eco-friendly manufacturing process. In this study, there are having generally in a mixture which consists of organic and inorganic coating binder, flame-retardant properties in the thermosetting property and using modified polyurethane-urea as eco-friendly composite coating materials no problem with volatilization of organic materials and chemical odor in the manufacturing process. We investigated the changes based on general properties and coating binder composition in mechanical properties of compression strength, flexural strength, heat conductivity.
