제목 | The electrical and optical properties of purified Single Wall carbon nanotube films |
초록 | Carbon nanotube films have been researched for applying transparent conductive film to replace as ITO glass. In this study, we prepared high purified single-walled nanotube(SWNT) films to apply to display, solar cell with their high conductivity and transparency. SWNT films have been deposited on the soda-lime glass substrates by arc discharge methods. The SWNT films have been thermally purified in the air after deposition. The chemical wet etching process was held to remove catalytic metal particles in the SWNT films. The thickness of SWNT films were about 140 nm. And the electrical conductivity was about 106 S/cm. The electrical conductivity has been decreased with thermal purification process. The electrical conductivity and transmittance were increased after chemical etching process by removing of the catalytic metal oxide particles. The electrical conductivity was about 600 S/cm. The transmittance was about 90%.
