| 초록 | The poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(DL-alanine) (mPEG-PA) diblock copolymers underwent a sol-to-gel transition as the temperature increased. Unexpectedly, as the peptide block length increased the sol-to-gel transition temperature did not monotonously change. The mechanism for such a solution behavior was investigated using FTIR, circular dichroism, NMR, cryo-TEM and SAXS. |
