제목 Anti-reflective coating formed from flowerlike structure of alumina
초록 Anti-reflection coating on inorganic and organic substrates has been studied widely because of increasing demand being placed on the high transparency and clearness of optical components.It has been reported that thin film of alumina with the roughness of less than 100 nm showed anti-reflective property in a visibleregion.In this study, we fabricated the thin film of alumina with nano-scale porous on the substrates by sol-gel process as simple technique.The thin film of alumina showed high anti-reflective property, then should be used window, car, display materials and so on.The surface morphology and optical property in the thin film of alumina were controlled by the use of ethyl acetoacetate as chelating agent, hydrolysis time and hydrolysis temperature.The samples were analyzed by the means of UV-Vis, XRD, and FE-SEM.
