제목 Spin Coating Behaviors of UV-curable Coating of Silica Nanoparticles
초록 Silica nanoparticles were synthesized by an acid-catalyzed sol-gel method and their surfaces were chemically modified with acrylic monomers to provide an ability of UV-curing. Spin coating behaviors of a dispersion containing the surface-modified silica nanoparticles on a glass substrate were investigated as a function of dispersion composition and coating conditions. The qualities of the films formed by spin coating were physically and optically characterized withSEM, AFM and UV-vis spectrometer.
