Production of methanol from methane using methanotroph as biocatalyst with inhibitor of methanol dehydrogenase |
| 초록 |
Production of methanol from methane is one of the key factors in utilization of natural and shale gas as feedstock for chemicals production. Methanol was produced from methane with a high conversion rate using various methanotrophs as the biocatalyst in the presence of a high concentration of inhibitor for methanol dehydrogenase. Methanol was accumulated in the reaction media when sodium formate was supplied as reducing power regeneration.
