제목 The smart Glucose Detection of Bioelectric sensor based on Enzyme-Functionalized Polypyrrole Nanotubes
초록 Herein, we represent a simple strategy for the fabrication of carboxylated polypyrrole nanotubes (CPNTs) by copolymerization of between pyrrole-3-carboxylic acid (P3CA) and pyrrole monomer in cylindrical micelle templates. The CPNTs were applied for constructing a field-effect transistor (FET) sensor platform because they were easily controlled in both qualitative and quantitative aspects. The electronic bio-sensor was manufactured to detect glucose through an integration of glucose oxidase (GOx) enzyme and CPNTs into a FET platform system. The selective ability of GOx-conjugated CPNT to glucose enabled to lead a real-time response and high sensitivity toward the various concentrations of glucose.
