제목 Charge transport properties of Novel Copolymers having Intramolecular Interactions
초록 To achieve high planarity and processability, introducing intramolecular interaction can be good way. We have synthesized novel copolymers with different bulkiness side chain. The bulky alkyl chains on benzene induce more strong interaction between polymer chains. The strong intramolecular interaction induced different fibril structure of copolymers. In film morphology study, the bulkier alkyl chain promotes face-on-oriented lamellar structure and larger fibril structure. The polymer which has smallest side chain has remarkably higher carrier mobility than that of polymers having bulkier one. This results demonstrate bulky side chain promote face-on-oriented lamellar structure and act as insulating layer, in spite of the larger fibril structure.
