Detailed experimental chemical method to grow ZnO nanorods and its structural and optical properties |
초록 |
ZnO nanostructures using cationic aqueous zinc ions solution complexed with NH3H2O were grown employing chemical bath deposition process. The seed layered substrates were prepared by SILAR method. ZnO nanorods were grown on seed layered glass through chemical solution deposition system. Zinc acetate [Zn(CH3COO)2.2H2O] and hexamine [(CH2)6N4] precursor with different mole concentration ratio at pH 6 was prepared. The effects of mole concentration ratio on the morphology of ZnO nanostructures were studied. The surface morphology and structural and optical properties were investigated by using field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Raman and photo luminescence (PL) studies. |
