제목 The electrical properties of polymer thin film using functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes
초록 The electrical properties of the multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)/polymer thin film have been investigated. The as-received MWCNTs are chemically modified with respect to the various oxidative conditions of treatment time and temperature by using the mixtures of nitric/sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide/aqueous ammonia. The acid-oxidized MWCNTs are coated with conducting polymer in situ during the polymerization and dispersed on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film using spin coating and bar coating method. The optimum condition of acid-oxidized MWCNTs and solid contents in suspension for coating procedure enhances the electrical properties of MWCNTs/polymer thin film in the same weight percent of MWCNTs and film thickness. To evaluate these results, the microstructure of functionalized MWCNTs and dispersion of conductive filler are investigated by high resolution transmission microscope (HRTEM), field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and optical microscope (OM).
