제목 Intergrain Connection of Organometal Halide Perovskite: Formation Mechanism and its Effects on Optoelectrical Property
초록 A two-step process, which is one of the promising fabrication methods for organic-inorganic perovskite solar cells, can convert a PbI2 film to perovskites by dipping in CH3NH3I (MAI) solution or spin-coating of MAI solution. Dipping yields perovskite film with discrete and rough morphology, but spinning yields film with smooth and connected morphology. Residual MAI solution after spinning is the key factor to affect the smoothness; centrifugal force has no influence. The first perovskite layer forms as soon as the MAI solution is loaded on the PbI2 film, then MAI residues dissolve the first layer. Subsequent recrystallization of the dissolved perovskites increases the connectivity and smoothness of the crystals. Post treatments, vapor and heat treatments, induce the additional dissolution of perovskites, so final grain size increased maintaining good connectivity. Combining these results, we fabricated an optimal film morphology that improved the efficiency of perovskite solar cells.
