제목 | Monolayer or fewlayer MoS2 in photoselectivity transistor with decoration of nanomaterials for mutifuctionalization |
초록 | MoS2 have recently attracted numerous research interest, because of their excellent optical and electrical properties and various application in electronics, catalysis, energy storage devices. Mos2 can be obtained from bulk layered inorganic compounds by either physical or chemical exfoliation methods. Although significant efforts have been made on the investigation of the electronic and optical properties of single or few-layered MoS2, effort in the hybrid functionalize and surface modification of this MoS2 has only recently started to emerge. To enhance their specific properties about mos2 depending on the thickness, monolayer or few layer of Mos2 decorated with nanoparticles provide an ideal way to functionalize the surface and allow new and enhanced properties for areas such as energy storage and optoelectronic device This study shows that decorated nanomaterials on monolayer or few layer of MoS2 improve remarkable multifunctionalization effects to the phtoselectivity Transistor. |
