제목 Structural and electrochemical study of PAN-grafted PE membranes prepared by γ-ray irradiation
초록 Poly(acrylonitrile)-grafted polyethylene (PE-g-PAN) separators as polymer electrolyte membranes for lithium-ion batteries, were prepared by γ-ray irradiation from 60Co source. The prepared membranes were characterized by using FT-IR, SEM, DSC and electrochemical analyzers. In our study, PAN-grafted PE membranes showed improved ionic conductivity compared to non-grafted (original) PE separator because the degree of crystallinity reduced due to the formation of amorphous PAN region.
