Solution processing is suitable for mass production of large scale organic light emitting diodes(OLEDs) because manufacturing cost is low compare with thermal vacuum evaporation. Solution processed high efficiency OLEDs were reported by using vacuum evaporable materials. Solubility of vacuum evaporable material limits the usage of that material for solution process, because solubility of the materials are very important parameter for solution processed OLEDs. Developments of OLEDs materials are required for high efficiency solution processed OLEDs.
