In this work, white fluorescence device was developed from blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) assisted dopant, blue fluorescence emitter and yellow fluorescence emitter. A single layer of bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)phenyl]ether oxide(DPEPO) and bis[4-(9,9-dimethyl-9,10-dihydroacridine)phenyl]sulfone(DMAC-DPS) was doped with 2,5,8,11-tetra-tbutylperylene (TBPe) dopant. Blue hybrid TADF device without yellow fluorescence emitter showed quantum efficiency of 13.4% and CIE of (0.15, 0.21) at 1000cd/m². White fluorescence device produced using the TADF assisted fluorescent dopants showed quantum efficiency of 10.66% and CIE of (0.26,0.32) through low doping concentration of yellow fluorescence emitter by preventing charge trapping and Dexter energy transfer. |
