제목 White organic light-emitting diodes having yellow fluorescence, blue fluorescence and blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence
초록 In this work, white fluorescence device was developed from blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) assisted dopant, blue fluorescence emitter and yellow fluorescence emitter. A single layer of bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)phenyl]ether oxide(DPEPO) and bis[4-(9,9-dimethyl-9,10-dihydroacridine)phenyl]sulfone(DMAC-DPS) was doped with 2,5,8,11-tetra-tbutylperylene (TBPe) dopant. Blue hybrid TADF device without yellow fluorescence emitter showed quantum efficiency of 13.4% and CIE of (0.15, 0.21) at 1000cd/m². White fluorescence device produced using the TADF assisted fluorescent dopants showed quantum efficiency of 10.66% and CIE of (0.26,0.32) through low doping concentration of yellow fluorescence emitter by preventing charge trapping and Dexter energy transfer.
