제목 | Acidic pH-responsive, doxorubicin loading polymeric photosensitizer nanoparticles for cancer therapy |
초록 | Nanoparticles(NP) is one of the great method to treat cancer. However, this method has limitation such as reduced intracellular delivery and endosomal capture. Thus, cancer therapy using NP requires to effective intracellular delivery and endosomal escaping. Photosensitizer(PS) is as one of the attractive agent for cancer therapies. PS generate cytotoxic reactive oxygen species(ROS), when irradiated with specific wavelengths. photochemical internalization (PCI) can effective endosomal escaping because generated ROS enable to a PCI. We have designed pH-sensitive biopolymer(pB) conjugated PS nanoparticles loaded doxorubicin(DOX@PS-pB). DOX@PS-pB can effective intracellular delivery Because pH-responsive moieties of pB protonation in acidic environment. In addition, PCI by PS can endosomal escaping and cancer can be treated by the release of DOX. |
