Energy storage system (ESS) such as secondary batteries, super capacitors, and dye-sensitized solar cells is playing an important role in the utilization of renewable energy. In particular, carbon structures used in ESS are attracting attention due to their high specific surface area, durability, low density, and various sizes of pores. In this study, porous carbon materials with low cost, high capacity and high crystallinity were fabricated using various bio waste materials. Thus, the produced carbon material can be utilized as a high energy output device based on its high surface area and excellent electrochemical capability. |
