Nylon and PET fabric/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) composite with high electrical property for stealth radar absorption |
초록 |
Almost since the invention of radar, various techniques have been tried to minimize detection. The goal of stealth technology is to make any object invisible to radar. So we came up with the idea to make conductive materials that absorb radar signals. Fabrics such as Nylon and PET by chemical polymerization were prepared in the radar stealth field. Poly(3,4-ehylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT) was in situ polymerized on Nylon by bar-coating and dipping method, monomer solution was prepared by dissolving monomer EDOT and poly(vinyl pyrrolidone)(PVP) as a binder and oxidant solution was prepared by dissolving ferric p-toluene sulfonate(FTS) in 1-butanol. We studied the different solution ratio and experiment conditions which may effect the properties such as surface morphology, surface resistivity, specific volume resistivity, electromagnetic interference(EMI) absorption, and EMI shielding effectiveness(SE). |
