제목 Electric Heating and Electromagnetic Interference Shielding Properties of Carbon Nanotube/Cellulose Composite Papers with a Hierarchical Structure
초록 We manufactured a series of multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNT)-coated cellulose composite papers by a simple dip-dry coating process, and investigated their microstructures, electric heating and electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding performance. SEM images confirmed that MWCNTs are coated dominantly on the paper surfaces, but they exist partially in inner parts of the cellulose papers. The electrical conductivity in the in-plane direction increased significantly from 0.02 S/cm to 1.11 S/cm with increasing the dip-dry cycle from 1 to 30. The composite papers with > 1 dip-dry coating cycle exhibited excellent electric heating performance in terms of temperature responsiveness, steady-state maximum temperature, and electrical energy efficiency. In addition, for the composite paper with 1.11 S/cm, high EMI shielding effectiveness of 20.3 dB was attained at 1 GHz.
