Fabrication of metal core-shell composited particles |
| 초록 |
With their high electrical conductivity, silver particles are used for material to electrical connection. However, it is very expensive material, since their price has risen recently. Demand of new substitute materials rise for cost saving and one of the substitute is silver-coated composite powders. With previous study, we have studied particle electroplating with nickel and copper. In this following research, we will show several methods for particle electroplating and composited particles, and exploitation of the most efficient method. All synthesized composite particles are characterizes for the analysis of composition and structure using SEM and EDX. |
