제목 White Light From Blue LED/Fluorescein Salt and Dopant Hybrids
초록 Fluorescent salt was prepared from commercial fluorescein. Its fluorescence efficiency and thermal stability was much higher than those of neutral fluorescein. It was employed as a luminescence converter. A blue light emitting diode (LED, 460 nm) was employed as a primary light source. The optical properties and thermal stability of the films were studied by using UV, PL and TGA. To realize purer white LED, DCM2 was also used as red dopant. The CIE coordinates for the fluorescein salt (0.04%)/DCM2(8%) were (0.307, 0.338), which were very close to that of pure white light.
