Basically, studies have been reported that sulfide compounds convert to sulfoxide and sulfone compounds when oxidized. This study showed that the release of sulfur was controlled by oxidation by placing it on a monoolein (MO) cubic with a sulfide compound copolymer. The oxidation-sensitive polymer poly(hydroxyethyl acrylamide-co-phenyl vinyl sulfide) (P (HEAA-co-PVS)) was prepared by free radical polymerization. On the 1H NMR spectrum, the signal of the phenyl group of the PVS group following H2O2 treatment shifted to the downfield. In the x-ray photon spectroscopy spectrum, the sulfoxide and sulfone signals were obtained by H2O2 treatment. The MO cubic phase was negatively stained and observed by transmission electron microscopy. As a result, the water channel was black and the MO bilayers were white. The degree of release on MO cubic phase by oxidation increased with increasing H2O2 concentration. |
