Efficient and economical flue gas treatment by using scale-up bubble column reactor |
초록 |
Microalgae have a great potentiality for CO2 fixation system by using their great capacity of photosynthesis. There are two types of culture system : open pond and closed reactor system. Closed reactor system has the advantage of high productivity and prevention of contamination. These closed photobioreactors are consist of vertical column reactors with CO2-enriched flue gas which is injected at the bottom of the column. In this study, 100L scale bubble column reactor was designed, considering type of sparger, H/D ratio of each column, KL, gas flow rate, effect of shear stress, and growth profiles. These bubble column reactors had achieved good growth of microalgae and showed efficient and economical flue gas treatment. |
