Development of biomineralization process using calcium ion and production of calcite biomass and biodiesel in microalgae Neochloris oleoabundans and Chlorella sorokiniana |
초록 |
The biggest problem facing humanity is global warming due to the increase of greenhouse gases caused by coal and various methods are being sought to solve it. To solve the problem the microalgae based biomass-biomineralization CCU hybrid system attend the attention. Microalgae based biomineralization have several advantage, especially the carbon dioxide reduction and making the abundant calcite-biodiesel biomass. Calcium carbonate was obtained through induction of calcium ion-mediated biomineralization during the induction stage. When this stage,the CA enzyme activate and make the calcite biomass. The present invention relates to the development of a process capable of remarkably increasing the amount of carbon dioxide in the biomass by additionally producing calcite in an induction stage. |
