제목 Surface Treatment on SnO2 Electron Transport Layers by KCl for Improvements of (FAPbI3)0.92(MAPbBr3)0.08 Perovskite Solar Cells
초록 SnO2 is very promising electron transport layer (ETL) for high efficient metal halide perovskite solar cells due to its electrical and optical properties. However, SnO2 ETL frequently exhibits defect states in the interface between perovskite absorber and SnO2 ETL. In order to reduce the surface defects, we carried out potassium treatment by KCl on the solution-processed SnO2 electron transport layer. It was observed that the potassium treatment on SnO2 reduced defect energy level of perovskite absorber.
