Hollow particles were great technological importance for their potential application. In this work, micro poly(vinylamine) (PVAm) hollow particles were introduced to entrap the water-soluble drug. First, micro Poly(N-vinylformamide) (PNVF) particles were prepared as a derivative through M/O (methanol in oil) method. And then, PVAm hollow particles were produced by hydrolysis-co-etching method. The shape and morphology of hollow-structure were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and confocal laser scattering microscope (CLSM). In addition, influence of external medium pH on the loading efficiency of the water-soluble dye was investigated using optical microscope(OM) and UV-vis spectra (UV). |
