제목 Preparation of Amine hollow particle for encapsulating the water-soluble drug by incorporating ionic interaciton
초록 Hollow particles were great technological importance for their potential application. In this work, micro poly(vinylamine) (PVAm) hollow particles were introduced to entrap the water-soluble drug. First, micro Poly(N-vinylformamide) (PNVF) particles were prepared as a derivative through M/O (methanol in oil) method. And then, PVAm hollow particles were produced by hydrolysis-co-etching method. The shape and morphology of hollow-structure were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and confocal laser scattering microscope (CLSM). In addition, influence of external medium pH on the loading efficiency of the water-soluble dye was investigated using optical microscope(OM) and UV-vis spectra (UV).
