제목 Redox- and pH-sensitive poly(β-amino ester)
초록 In this study, we reported the successful synthesis of a novel biodegradable and biocompatible amphiphilic poly(β-amino ester) (PAE) which can self-assemble to form micelle contain a hydrophobic pH-senstive core of PAE and a hydrophilic detachable shell of methyl polyethylene glycol (MPEG). This polymeric micellar system, has average size 120 ± 1.6 nm at physiological condition, can be rapidly destablized and disassembled because of both hydrophobicity decrement of PAE backbone under low pH conditions and reduction of cleavage-linker under the high concentration of reducing agent such as glutathione (GSH). With these properties, this polymer might be potential for delivering poor solubility hydrophobic drugs to intracellular in which loaded-drug will be release at endosome due to low pH (5.5-6.5) or at cytosol due to high concentration of GSH (10 mM)
