제목 Neuronal Cell Adhesion, Proliferation and Motility on Polymeric Hybrid Coatings
초록 Among cells, neuronal cell is the one of the most interesting cell in terms of environmental-responses. We have conducted research on studying cellular behaviors on the surface with polymer coatings that are fabricated in nano-structured films. Some of the coatings include metal nanoparticle-hybrid systems. These organic-inorganic hybrid materials revealed multiplexed properties that may be applied for biological application. For those applications, an excellent biocompatibility or no cytotoxicity may be the most important property of the coating. Therefore, we studied the cellular response including adhesion, proliferation, motility on these metal nanoparticle-hybridized polymer coatings. Some of them showed the excellent biocompatible, stealthy coating property. Cell adhesion and proliferation properties on these materials were also studied with an aid of micro-patterning technique.
