제목 Preparation of nanopore film by microwave irradiation of polyurethane ionomer
초록 In recent years, nanopore films are attracting attentions of scientists due to the advantages such as high surface area, low dielectric constant and low refractive index. Nanopores were generally introduced into polymer films by microphase separation of constituents, removal of surfactant micelle, and thermal degradation of thermally labile units. In this paper, nanopore films were prepared by microwave irradiation of polyurethane ionomer films. Nanopores were introduced by selective heating of water molecules in the ionic clusters of polyurethane ionomers by microwave irradiation. The morphologies of the nanopore film were investigated employing TEM and FE-SEM. It was observed that nanopores with the diameter below 100 nm were formed regularly. Nanopore films were transparent and showed physical properties similar to the polyurethane ionomers.
