제목 Synthesis of aniline oligomer monolayer and its electrical and morphological properties
초록 Aniline oligomers with an amine end group were prepared by oxidative coupling method. The oligomers were synthesized in the form of emeraldine state (EB) and leucoemeraldine state (LB). The amine end group was used to combine the oligomers with surface-reactive functional groups such as silanization agents. Synthesis of tetramer and hexadecamer and their properties such as contact angles, molecular ordering and morphologies, were studied using FTIR, UV/Vis, AFM, and X-ray scattering methods. The electrical and electronic properties of the doped or undoped aniline oligomer films will be also discussed.
