제목 A study on nanoparticles dispersion for transparent composite films
초록 Researchers were interested in nanocomposite film using various ceramic nanoparticles, because of superior optical properties with high visible light transmittance coupled with strong absorption near-infrared region. Conducting metal oxides have been deliberated for transparent heat shielding applications. In this work, we studied near IR absorption properties and high transparence visible region on the dispersion time. Transparent nanocomposite films of ITO, Perovskite have been prepared using bar-coating methods. The mass of ITO and Perovskite powders are mixed with several dispersed agent in a ethanol and dispersed in a turbomill such as a ballmill and a paint shake mill, with 10mm Iron ball and 0.3mm zirconia(95%) bead. We have been measured for dispersion with Particle size analyzer and have been examined optical characteristics with UV/VIS and NIR.
