The silica microsphere was suited material to use dds. They have many advantages, due to their large surface area in inorganic matter of matrix and never swell in any pH systems. Recently, silver nanoparticle has been noticed due to their powerful antibacterial effect and it can be also employed as a carrier of bio-active materials. Propolis is one of the most popular antibacterial natural products, flavonoid components, that is ingredient to treat various diseases. In this study, we loaded propolis into silver doped silica microspheres due to prepare the super antibiotic bio-material which has very strong antibiotic effect to prevent the second infection of injury region. |
