Influence ofa radiation crosslinking on the HDPE membrane with a soybean oil |
초록 |
The effects of a radiation crosslinking on a drawn microporous high density polyethylene (HDPE) film with soybean oil were investigated. Soybean oil and dibuthyl phthalate (DBP) were premixed as a codiluent. And then, the HDPE and the codiluent were mixed in the twin extruder. The HDPE films with codiluent were irradiated at room temperature with different doses of gamma rays from a 60Co source. The mechanical properties of the irradiated microporous HDPE film with soybean oil were investigated using a dynamic mechanical thermal analysis and a tensile strength. The morphological changes of the samples were observed using a scanning electron microscope. Also, the porosity was measured with a mercury porosimeter. |
