제목 The effect of surfactants in double-layered microspheres using oil-in-water(O/W) solvent evaporation method
초록 To develop the preparative method for poly(lactide-co-glycolide)-based micro·nanospheres containing proteins or drugs, and the surfactants play an important role in formed double-layered microspheres for pharmaceutical application.1~2 In this study, we fabricated double-layered microspheres using oil-in-water (O/W) solvent evaporation method with/without ultrasonication and investigated the specific character of double-layered microspheres according to the kind of surfactants. Double-layered microspheres were characterized by scanning elecron microscope (SEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), camscope.
Double-layered microspheres showed various size and form according to kinds of surfactants by using SEM observation. And we observed specific peeks of PLGA and dextran at once using NMR, FT-IR. In NMR, FT-IR analysis results, we confirmed coexistence of dextran and PLGA in double-layered microspheres.
