제목 | In situ quantitative analysis of Polymorph control of the high energy material in crystallization process using Raman spectroscopy. |
초록 | The high energy material used for propellants and explosives for solid rockets. It depends on the performance of the explosive in high purity, filling efficiency, and physical properties. In order to satisfy such characteristics, it is necessary to have a proper crystal size and distribution, and a process through crystallization is required. It is important to control polymorph, crystal size distribution, and shape for high performance of materials. Differnent polymorphs have different physical and chemical properties, such as solubility and reactvicity. Polymorph depend on solubility, which is a thermodynamic characteristic, and on the operation parameters, which are dynamic characteristics. Operating parameters include supersaturation, temperature, agitation, solvents, etc., and these factors affect the polymorphism. In this study, the phase transition and nucleation of the polymorph were analyzed in situ Raman spectroscopy through the antisolvent crystallization. |
