제목 Detection of Organophosphate group based on SERS
초록 SERS (Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering) spectroscopy is an attractive detection method which can obtain much more enhanced intensities (106 -1014) than Raman spectroscopy. Nerve agent is fatal to nervous system of the human, so Accurate and sensitive detection method for nerve agent, which is fatal to nervous system of the human, is very important. In this study, DMMP (dimethyl methylphosphonate) and TEP (triethyl phosphate) materials, which have the same organophosphate group as nerve agent, were successfully detected based on SERS using a self-assembled monolayer hfipbb (4,4′-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)bis(benzoic acid)) linker. SERS spectra of chemical threats and their quantitative analysis will be discussed in this presentation
