Target peptide conjugated copolymers with identical cationic segments and their performance in siRNA delivery |

In this study, Target peptide conjugated LMWSC-PEG-Peptide is gene theraphy for cancer cell. Importantly, inhibition of RNAse A family enzymes prevented the degradation and loss of silencing activity of siRNAs in serum. The complex formation of LMWSC-PEG-Peptide-siRNA with RNAse A was confirmed by gel electrophoresis method. The size distribution of complex with siRNA were measured using Particle size Analyzer. |
