| 제목 | Preparation and Characterization of liquid crystal colloidal structures analysis for cosmetics |
| 초록 | The stratum corneum is the outer layer of the epidermis that has functions of protection against desiccation and harmful environment. This skin barrier function is dependent on intercellular lipids; ceramide, cholesterol and free fatty acid and its multi-lamellar structure. In this study, we studied the structure and phase transition behavior of LC emulsions (LCEs) using polarized microscope (PM), small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). This physico-chemical study would be helpful for the preparation of liquid crystal emulsions. |
