Printed micropatterns of semiconductor and polymer blend channel for large-area FeFET arrays |
초록 |
Organic semiconductor of the electric device such as organic transistor and memory has drawn a great attraction due to its mobility determining the device performance. The work presents a growth of controllably patterned crystalline triisopropylsilylethynyl pentacene (TIPS-PEN) and PaMS blend via Selective Contact Evaporation Printing (SCEP). Further crystallinity controls such as thermal and solvent vapor annealing are investigated for crystallinity control. Memory applications with ferroelectric P(VDF-TrFE) show the characteristic volatile property with On/Off ratio and data retention of 104 and 200min, respectively. The FeFET arrays are realized on 4-inch scale wafer for large-area applications. |
