Polyaniline nanoparticles doped phosphoric acid was synthesized via doping, de-doping and re-doping method. Polyaniline nanoparticle /polyimide blends films were prepared by a thermal imidization process. N-methyl-2-pyrollidinone(NMP), THF/MeOH were used as a solvent respectively. The structures of the Pani nanoparticles and Pani/PI were confirmed by FT-IR. Morphology of the Pani nanoparticles was globular in shape, and their typical size was below 100 nm. The thermal stabilities of the phosphoric doped Pani nanoparticle and Pani / PI films were studied by measuring TGA thermograms. The conductivity of the Pani/PI(50 wt%) was higher than that of the Pani/PAA. This result can be explained that as the thermal imidization reaction was occurred, the ordering of polymer chains was improved due to the annealing effect of both of Pani and PAA. Morphology study of Pani/PAA and Pani/PI using different solvent by FE-SEM. The microstructure of Pani/PI blends was observed by SAXS and AFM. |
