제목 Strategies for realizing highly efficient solution processed CIGS thin film solar cells
초록 Chalcopyrite thin-film photovoltaics (e.g. CuInxGa1-xSe2, CIGS) will be an attractive candidate for solar electricity generation because they are durable enough and cost effective with high efficiency. To make the CIGS solar cells more cost effective solution processed CIGS thin film preparation has been suggested and developed. In spite of several successful demonstrations most solution based methods resulted in lower solar cell performance than vacuum based counterpart to date. In this presentation several strategies for realizing highly efficient and useful solution processed CIGS thin film solar cells will be introduced. They include multi-stage paste coating method, color generation method, and nanostructuring method that have been being developed in our laboratory.
