제목 Large grain size perovskite thin film solar cells by metal halide substitution through spray coating
초록 Solar cells have been of great interest because they can directly convert solar light energy to electricity, which is the most convenient and safe form of energy in everyday life. Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are expected to exhibit high power conversion efficiency (PCE) due to their low exciton binding energy and long carrier diffusion length, thus exhibiting high performance. Also, spray coating is a deposition technique that is widely used in industry due to its low cost, high volume and roll-to-roll compatible technique, contrary to the spin coating process. Here, we used a spray coating process to form a uniform perovskite thin-film. Because larger crystal grains show better performance, we tried to fabricate a perovskite thin-film with large crystal grains by employing metal halide substitution during spray coating.
