High-temperature resistant polymer gate insulators for flexible metal oxide thin-film transistors |
초록 |
Recently, polymer gate insulators have been extensively studied for their potential application in low-cost and flexible thin-film transistors (TFTs). Although polymer gate insulators have been widely used in organic TFTs, metal oxide TFTs with polymer gate insulators have been rarely reported due to the poor thermal resistance of polymers. In this presentation, we report high-temperature resistant polyimide and poly(imide-benzoxazole) gate insulators with excellent electrical insulating properties for solution-processed metal oxide TFTs. The prepared flexible metal oxide TFTs with the polymer gate insulators showed excellent device performances. |
