Preparation and characterization of high functional crosslinked mung bean starch/PVA biomaterials films with imprinted propranolol |
초록 |
The objective of this study is to prepare high functional crosslinked propranolol(PPN) imprinted mung bean starch(MBS)/PVA biomaterials films with glycerol(GL) and citric acid(CA). Cross-linked functional films were synthesized by using UV curing process. The surface morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The tensile strength(TS), elongation at break(%E), swelling behavior(SB), and solubility(S) as the physical properties were investigated. In order to verify the recognition effects, the binding characteristics of the prepared films with/without PPN was investigated by equilibrium binding experiment. The results of the evaluation indicate that the prepared films have one site of PPN. The release of PPN for the TDDS was examined with pH and temperature. From the results, it could be verified that the release of PPN in high pH and temperature was better than in low pH and temperature. In addition, the release of PPN was carried out by using artificial skin. |
