제목 Optimization of alcoholysis process using mixed short chain alcohols
초록 The vegetable oil is commonly used in the raw material of biodiesel.However, vegetable oil has the problem that food shortage and low oxidation stability.In contrast, animal fats is lower than vegetable oil in liquidity but it is eco-friendly due to use dumping as waste oil.Animal fats has high oxidation stability, heating value and  centane number.Among alcohol as one of reactants, methanol has wide availability and low cost but it can be only taked from fossil fuels.And  ethanol has emerged as alternative methanol due to the fact that the fuel can be obtained through the process of fermentation and synthetic.in the case of making biodisel with ethanol, separation is more difficult, because it is more soluble than methanol and it is inefficient also because of slow reaction and long reaction time.Therefore, in this study, the optimum condition was decided using the mixing alcohol of methanol and ethanol in biodiesel manufacturing process based animal fats.
