제목 1-D microcystals of pi conjugated molecules and their application for organic electronic device
초록 Organic semiconductor single crystal formation based on solution processes has been carried out to improve organic field effect transistors(OFETs) performance. We report the formation of 1-D single crystal array using unique solution process which controls evaporation direction of solvent and fabrication o OFETs with good performance. N-type semiconductor N,N'-dioctyl-3, 4, 9, 10-perylene tetracarboxylic diimide (PTCDI-C8) single crystal wires are formed and their structure and electrical property are characterized. By controlling heating temperature and concentration of solution, we adject crystal density and finally achieved single 1-D microcrystal wire crossing source and drain electrodes. We present properties of single 1-D microcrystal wire OFETs in several conditions.
