제목 바스트나사이트 산화배소광의 황산침출용액으로부터 양이온교환수지에 의한 세륨의 분 리회수
초록 It was performed to establish the optimum condition in leaching of bastnasite with
sulfuric acid, and the optimum condition for the separation of cerium from leachedsolution by cation exchange resin. The optimum conditions for the sulfuric acid leachingby using the oxidizing roasting of bastnasite concentrates are ; roasting temperature is550∼600oC, roasting time 2 hrs, concentration of sulfuric acid 6N, and leachingtemperature and time 50oC and 3 hrs, respectively. The optimun conditions of theion-sieve method in this study are ; concentration of total rare earth oxide in leachedsolution is 70∼80 g/ℓ, flow rate of soluton 0.49 cm/min and ratio of height todiamenter of the resin column above 9. In these conditions, 85% of cerium wasrecovered and the ratio of cerium to total rare earths was 96% above.
